Privacy & cookie policy

Last updated: 22 September 2026. You can browse this website and contact us without consenting to analytics.

1. Controller

Sonnen Stark GmbH, Morsestraße 6, 48432 Rheine, Germany, is responsible for personal data processing on this website. Contact: info@fastlane-robotics.com.

2. Providing the website

Our hosting provider, ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, processes technical connection and server-log information needed to deliver and protect the website. This can include the IP address, request time, requested resource, browser and operating-system information and referrer. The purpose is reliable delivery, technical administration and protection against misuse. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, reflecting our legitimate interest in a secure, functioning website.

Images, fonts, the hero video and the cookie-choice interface are delivered with the website. The hero video does not require an external video-platform embed.

3. Contact enquiries

If you contact us through the form, by email or by telephone, we process the information you provide to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, prepare a contract. The form requires your email address; name, company, telephone number and enquiry text are optional. Depending on the enquiry, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Email links open your email application; clicking one does not itself send your message to us.

The form is processed on our ALL-INKL hosting and sends the enquiry to our business email address. A private server record protects against delivery failure and duplicate submissions. After acceptance by the mail service, the server copy of the message and contact fields is removed; short-lived delivery metadata supports safe retries. If delivery fails or its outcome is unclear, the private record is retained until the enquiry can be recovered and the issue resolved. Email correspondence is retained under the rules below.

To protect the form, we use a necessary session cookie named fastlane_contact, a security token, submission timing and rate limits. The session cookie expires when the browser session ends. Form security tokens expire after two hours. Inactive server sessions are cleaned up after two hours when the form is used again; rate-limit and successful-delivery metadata expire after 24 hours and are also cleaned up on subsequent use. Rate-limit records use a keyed hash of the connection address rather than storing the raw IP address. This protection is based on our legitimate interest in reliable, abuse-resistant communication (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR); necessary device storage is based on Section 25(2) TDDDG. Form contents are not sent to Google Analytics. The form works without analytics consent.

Recipients can include our hosting and email service providers and personnel responsible for handling your enquiry. We retain correspondence as necessary to deal with the enquiry and meet applicable retention obligations. Please avoid sending customer records, payment information or other sensitive material for an initial robotics discussion.

4. Your cookie choice

We use the self-hosted CookieConsent library to store your selection in the fastlane_consent cookie for 70 days. This storage is needed to remember and apply your privacy preference. Its basis is Section 25(2) TDDDG and, where personal data is involved, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Analytics is off by default. “Necessary only” leaves it off. You can change or withdraw your selection at any time using “Cookie preferences” in the footer or the button below. Withdrawal applies to future processing and does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

5. Optional Google Analytics 4

Only with your permission, we load Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The legal bases are Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG. We use it to understand page usage and improve the website.

Analytics can process page views, browser/device information, visit source and identifiers stored in cookies. We also measure whether an email or telephone link is clicked, using only the contact method and page path. Such a click is an expression of interest, not proof that an enquiry was sent. We do not deliberately send message contents, email addresses or telephone numbers to Analytics. Our configuration removes query strings and fragments from the page URL sent by our tag and reduces the referrer to its origin.

Google Signals, advertising personalization, user-provided data collection and enhanced measurement are disabled in our setup. Detailed location and device data collection is disabled. Google still receives technical connection information necessary to receive analytics requests; these controls should not be understood as making every request anonymous.

Event- and user-level retention in our Analytics property is set to two months, with the reset on new activity disabled. Aggregated reporting may be retained differently by the service. Withdrawing consent stops our tag and clears its accessible analytics cookies in this browser; it does not automatically erase data previously received by Google.

Processing can involve Google companies or infrastructure in the United States. International transfers are subject to applicable GDPR transfer safeguards. Google explains its processing and safeguards in its privacy policy and Analytics data-protection information.

6. Search Console and external links

We use Google Search Console to understand our website’s appearance in Google Search. Ownership verification uses a public DNS record and does not add a visitor-tracking script to this website. Links to manufacturer documentation and research lead to external websites, whose operators are responsible for their own processing.

7. Retention and your rights

We keep personal data for as long as needed for the stated purpose or applicable legal obligations. You can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability where the GDPR conditions are met. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent to consent-based processing at any time.

To exercise your rights, contact us using the details above. You may also complain to a supervisory authority, including the authority in your habitual residence or workplace. Our local authority is the Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen: ldi.nrw.de.

8. Automated decisions

This website does not use automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects for you.
